Well, as we continue the slide into a penny stock, here is a repost from YaHoo concerning possible legal action. Right now the tally stands at close to one million in one day. My guesstimate is we can garner close to 3 million shares. Then we could possibly contact some of the larger shareholders who are looking for votes or legal action and show our support as a block of votes. Hi MichaelJFox727, Given the fact that you have chosen to take up an emotive argument I hold that it is you who have the emotional ties and fears. This company has essentially raped the existing shareholders and it is about to do so again with this suggested reverse split while the share price is artificially manipulated down by the current financiers. Any managment that agrees to this position is unethical and is not doing what is in the best interests of current shareholders. An example, Mike one who is so rationally sitting by and taking this rape like an imbecel. The stock was trading above three. The company does it's financing. The financiers short the stock and convert. Now they sell into a spike in March and another soon. So they profit on the shorting activities and the converted shares, the whole time managment sits back and watches. Choosing not to release any positive news to allow the process to occure. Next up, sure the insiders will buy as stated in the conference call. Because they will let this thing take an added beating down to near delisting, accumulate and do a reverse split of 5 for one. Yadda Yadda Yadda. So now they hold more of the cheapest shares while all of our shares are cut in half then locked in by a reverse split. Oh ya and the financiers will benifit. The new financiers will recieve stock and probably rights to warrents for saving the day. And Mike your shares will be worth maybe .33 cents on the dollar if you bought in at say three dollars. Oh I know but you are a proud fool who can sit back and take it. I am sorry my friend but I have recieved E-mails 30 to 1 who favior making these guys fess up. You bet there are three financing options out there and they will draw down on whichever we are most likely to sit back and do least which will mean the most to their pockets. No it is time to take action. Brad I havn't heard from you but you know I am right. I will tell you this much I have heard from severial prominent individuals with a substantial position who agree with my position. I would like an e-mail from everyone who holds shares and is tired of the manner in which this company is handeling the financing issues of this company at the cost to existing shareholders. We are being spoon fed info to the point where we sit back passivly begging for handouts. If it means legal action and an investigation by the Securities & Exchange Comission or any governing body so be it. I contend there is a strong case in our favor. This is no longer a joke. The time for action is now before the shareholders meeting. We must act swiftly and get organized and resist a reverse split through action. I agree contacting the larger shareholders outside of the current insiders is the most appropriate steps at this time.
