" In past talks with them they related many positives with their relationship with Wal-Mart.

Wal-Mart chose them to be the exclusive BTO vendor for their online division.

They still have vendor agreement to sell in stores as well as online.

They had to supply Wal-Mart a bar code for every piece of equipment that goes into computer system. Wal-Mart will use this with the BTO along with the detailed images needed to make the BTO site a Wal-Mart type success.

Wal-Mart included them with two direct adds that had links to their computers.

Wal-Mart is actively advertising their web site and AMGV is an important piece in the puzzle.
Wal-Mart wouldn't invest all this time and monies if they thought AMGV wouldn't be a perfect match for them.
They mentioned Wal-Mart takes between 9-12 months to select a vendor.

Being this will be their first attempt at a BTO I would assume Wal-Mart wants to do it right the first time. They have a lot at stake with this venture into new waters for themselves. I wouldn't think they would more ahead if they had any doubt about their relationship with AMGV. AMGV will get considerable spotlight time when the BTO is
launched online. Wal-Mart has to be very comfortable with their selection before they launch this BTO. With AMGV they are very comfortable indeed.

I see this as a win win scenario for AMGV and Wal-Mart. I hold stock in both companies so I have a double win with this program."

From a very informed investor !!! This is another long term winner, imo.
