IBM Selects Prosoft to be Business Partner
Prosoft Named IBM Authorized Training Provider
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 1998--Prosoft I-Net Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: POSO - news), a leading Internet/intranet skills training company, Tuesday announced it has been selected by IBM Education and Training, the world's largest IT training company, to be an IBM authorized Training Provider, an expansion on an agreement that was signed in February of this year. With this new relationship, Prosoft becomes an IBM Business Partner.

Prosoft's appointment as an IBM Training Provider is a two-year agreement, effective June 1 of this year. At this time, Prosoft is the only company providing Internet skills curriculum to IBM Education and Training. As an IBM Training Provider, Prosoft is part of a select group of training companies worldwide that, as Business Partners, provide IBM Education and Training customers with courseware, instructors and classroom facilities.
In addition, Prosoft will be able to offer IBM courses to its customers. Prosoft is also authorized to sell the IBM education card, which provides Prosoft's customers with a flexible way to pay for Prosoft courses purchased through IBM.
