LE. I have been around for a while, I just haven't posted. As to your points, I agree with much of what you said; however, I do not agree that the CC's are not a part of the problem. They certainly are not the whole problem but they are one piece of it (I have articulated why in an earlier post).

Re: Your other points, I don't know what Ira Monas or Arif Adam think about stakeholder inputs. I haven't tried to make any difference up to this point. I do know that there are right ways and wrong ways to get their ear. Just read your post, reflect on its tone and think about the confrontation that you and Ira have had. I'm a betting man and would bet that Ira Monas does not care what you think, he's seen and heard enough, he's a tough operating guy and he made his decision on you some time ago; however, I think your inputs are good, we just need to package them right. If we can present them and all the other issues in a constructive manner with suggestions on what to do, we have a chance at making some change.

Certainly both Arif and Ira know where the value of the stock is. It has to be a major concern and presumably they know they have to do something about it, because what they've tried to date sure hasn't worked.

I don't know that they will think about the CFO idea but I'm certainly not going to not make the suggestion on the basis that they will dismiss it out of hand.
