These two statements speak for themselves.

<Yeah, its like going to a restaurant where the menu was created by the advertisers, the manufacturers and everybody else that wants your dollar. Now as you scan this fabulous selection, you notice that what you really wanted isn't on the menu? So you order number 5 and everyone triumphantly exclaims, see...the customer has decided.>

Actually, you order something that isn't onthe menu and the waitress tells you we don't have it, can't you read? Now, when 50 other people order it, each with more money and social clout than the first guy, the restuarant owner tells the chef he better put that heavily requested item on the menu before he gets fired.
