Let's just consider it for what it is worth - just a rumor - at least until something more solid comes out. It would seem to me that those in the know would have been buying more shares now and the price would be well over $3 and on the way to higher ground if there was any great substance to the rumor. Hey, a nice generous friendly offer would be good for everyone, so if it happens, fine. But believe CYI will do just fine on its own later in the year. In any circumstance we should have a winner. A fair takeover price, that's a moot question. It's all in the eyes of the beholder.
