They have had some preliminary interest, but Alliance does not want to sign on a partner till they are well into the Phase III - gives them more leverage. Also they would like to have just a marketing and distribution partner (not a developmental one, since they feel comfortable with their cash position and Liquivent timing with respect to completeing the Phase III trials.)
