HitCom Submits Form 10-SB to Become an SEC Reporting Company
Prerequisite for NASDAQ Eligibility Completed Last Friday
ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 1998--HitCom Corp. (NASDAQ/OTC: HICO - news), a facilities-based telecommunications company with headquarters in St. Louis, announced that it submitted Form 10-SB to the SEC on Friday, March 28.
The Form 10-SB filing is required by the SEC to become a ''reporting company.'' Accordingly, HitCom will now file quarterly (10Q) as well as annual reports (10K) with the SEC.

HitCom's management has set a goal to become listed on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market. The ''reporting company'' status is a prerequisite to be eligible for NASDAQ.
