Dell could buy Cyi now from petty cash, considering their recent runup. It would be a tremendous opportunity for Dell. Dell would get instant access to both secure computers and heavy duty police and utility company laptops - they would have a field day. Both are developing markets now but will grow into quite a large market. Cycomm has the goods but lacks the marketing and Dell has the... As for Cycomm stockholders in such a transaction. The price ought to be around 15 or there will be many upset shareholders. Even at that Dell would be getting a bargain. Aren't rumors fun? In anycase, Cycomm is on the way up regardless. regards, matt
