Lew, you are correct in stating that today's announcement was significant.

Franklin has the whole package, soup to nuts. When all the loose coconuts have fallen from the tree you will then see a price rise, that is my opinion. In the meantime, I suspect that there are entities that have a vested reason for seeing the stock depressed. This is not uncommon at all, especially on a bb that is about to grow up.

The way I see it, for under $3 you have multiple paths of revenue and potential share appreciation. Franklin for hardware, Fnet for both LD reves, plus wholesaling of time to others that join the network, and yes, even today's news could be a separate potential revenue stream. Other companies are actually trying to build businesses off transaction handling and some of the clowns on this board discount today's news with a yawn.

Go figure!
