PAM, I just finished talking with Joe and I presented your question to him. His answer was pretty much the same as my earlier speculation to you. Jason is convinced Joe will find a buyer for DCI in the not too distant future and he is convinced DCI is under valued. As James just pointed out, Smartalk was selling at $10.00 per share with $70 million in revenues and no earnings. When DCI was doing their DD on LOCUS, LOCUS was doing their DD on DCI. The people at EDGE felt the same way. We need to keep in mind that Joe has been acquiring companies for other companies for many years before DCI and he is just plain good at it. IMO he will have several more acquisitions in place by the end of June and he will not have paid more than 1.2 times revenues for any of them. Best Regards
