("Thermo") (NASDAQ-COMMON STOCK: THMZ; WARRANTS: THMZW), a Rahway, N.J.-based company which designs, assembles and sells products and systems used in cleanrooms and to monitor a wide variety of environmental conditions, announced today that its billings for the month of March exceeded $1,100,000 representing a new record.
Billings may differ from reported sales revenue for the period because of the use of percentage-of-completion method of revenue recognition.
New orders for the month of March exceeded $1.5 million, including $950,000 in sales and extensions of control systems and related services. Backlog remains a strong $3,300,000, substantially all of which is expected to be shipped in 1998. |
