To GM this story is minute to VLNC gargantuan (perhaps, but you get my point). I wouldn't get too excited about a separate announcement, I think a joint statement is sufficient.

Hang in for another day we should get more info tomorrow. I am guessing they will announce the ability to produce in volume and will identify a date beyond June 30 for production, and I highly doubt a contract would be announced. I do expect comment on either debt or equity financing, particularly if the Delphi money has dried up...
