Douglas, my guess is somewhere in between. I don't trust PaineWebber on this one. They are a market maker and the only analyst on the planet that I know of with a price target of $65-$70 that's over 2 years old. PW aside, I'm aware of 3 price targets ranging from $40 (Merrill) to $51(MS) with a $47 in the middle (Legg Mason I believe). sf
