The mineral rights which represent other portions of the klipspringer project have been acquired by SUF, through appropriate discussions with existing holders.

My previous statement was not not in reference to that of the M1.

If the mineral rights were still registered, why did the heirs not proceed with the legal requirement in that they be transferred, as per the requirements within SA LAW.

Any prior form of DD by that of the heirs would have been quick and simple in disclosure of such records, based on your comments.
