....TM....<people go away for 3 mos.. Europe shuts down>, it has been a long time since Europe spent more than one month on vacation, and then, it was only the very rich. The PNLK site is for businesses, not "people", in the retail sense.
....<pay fees for customs declaration information> - No one in business will be using these forms. We all use FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc., who all supply us with the forms already prepared. The reason for the PNLK site is to constantly make contacts with new sources of supply, or new customers. This is the most important, of all possible reasons for this site.
....<do not mess with something beyond your control> - Ultimately, the law, and its enforcement, is the controlling force. Between the RICO and SEC statutes, there are enough laws on the books to begin to file class action suits, on behalf of the shareholders, against ALL forces that can be shown to have attempted stock manipulation (This is now much more easily done, just downloading the information currently available on the net). Even if the suits are for naught, the cost of responding (long distances) to subpoenas, and the cost of a defense for same, make the practice of stock manipulation potentially very unprofitable.
