Jonathan,

Thank you for posting Bernie Landers remarks concerning delisting.

If the company had to appear before NASDAQ for a verbal presentation on why they should not be delisted I'm not sure that it would be all bad since it would allow the presenters to elaborate and more fully state the company's progress and goals.

It is my belief that NASDAQ can be quite flexible in enforcing its regulations. Jonathan I agree that NASDAQ does not see as its mission the crippling of companies on its exchange. I feel certain that if the rules were strictly enforced quite a few companies would not be trading on the NASDAQ tomorrow. IMO if NASDAQ is not careful they might be forcing the creation of the fourth market consisting entirely of companies that can't qualify for NASDAQ or have been delisted by NASDAQ.

Have the confidence that things will work out. Keep the faith.

Harold
