Here's the article: BURNSVILLE, Minn., Nov 14 (Reuter) - Global Games Corp said Thursday it acquired Interactive Computer Corp, a Minneapolis software firm specializing in multi-player games. The acquisition was a stock transaction with Global providing a $250,000 inter-company loan, Global said in a statement. ICC becomes a wholly owned subsidiary, Global said. The companies had a previous agreement under which Interactive developed proprietary software for Global Games' on-line virtual casino game, Global said.
