thanks alot. The nice thing on HICO is that one thing leads to another here. In the 10SB (SEC-Edgar) I got the impression that the next step ahead to fuel growth is the switching infrastructure, because HICO actually had to turn down big-sized customers due to lack of infrastructure handling the associated call-volume. That will change this year, when they moved the operation to the Excel Switching system. This will effectively self-finance and also provide the cashflow for further acquisition.

So they are expanding their base, enabling exponential growth in IVR & CTI. They can use the SAME switching equipment to handle pre & postpaid phonecards and I'm under the impression that the Excel Switching system technically provides for IP-Telephony llink. They planned ahead FAX-gateways - the company even wants to resell custom switching programming service - a critical factor for many long distance carriers.

It appears like the company is able to sell the same meal 4 times without committing fraud <g>- in a service industry context that's eventuelly possible. If it's done decently it's very cost efficient and provides for nice cash-flow.

With Cornerston & Fidelety Capital in the boat I'm very confident that this one will make it's way to a full Nasdaq Listing on the Smallcap section this year. Required is a reporting company status and 30day share price above $4. Since this is their goal I'm pretty sure this will work out for them.
