I dont think fully invested is true..

Phil Orlando was on taking stock and said he had between 5-10% on the side.. And I think that might be average.. For so much money comming in and really no IPO's out, the market hasnt done much, in fact the trannies are near 10% off the highs.. It might be a good index to look into..

I am not saying lets start the DOW 10,000 party, but I think there are reserves there waiting..
