Here is a statement from the press release:

<"The plan provides that Pan Am's existing equity will be extinguished upon confirmation and will not represent any interest whatsoever in the reorganized debtor," the statement said.>

I interpret this to mean that your stock will be worthless although you will still own it. It might be worth a penny a share since somebody might be willing to buy it hoping that the bankruptcy decision will be reversed. This really sucks; I'm sorry for anybody who is holding the stock. I thought you said a while back that you didn't buy it. Sorry if you did. :o((
