GPGI is a non-reporting company, so they do not have to file quarterly with the SEC. Rules on Reg S shares, according to a recent ruling, are to be reported to stockholders within a shorter time period (I seem to recall it being shortened to 45 days?). Whether non-reporting companies are required to do that, I'm not sure, but I believe so. I do not think that we have to worry about dillution of our stock because Jensen is very conservative and respects the sacrifices made by his stockholders. If he did a reg S, I believe it was with certain understandings regarding resale into the market. I think we need to be careful about going off on tangents. Perhaps we can get added info from the newswriter directly about the placement.
