The way I see it...

--Shorts got caught by another great DELL quarter and they tried to offer it down a few points to instill fear and uncertainty. (Didn't work on me).

--There weren't any aggressive bidders after hours because it takes time to digest the earnings release and CC info. No reason to jump in with both feet and start bidding DELL up afterhours until you have had plenty of time to scour the report for any skeletons. The bidding will commence tomorrow morning.

--There was some natural profit-taking. Big deal.

After traders have had a night to think about it they will realize that there was nothing wrong with this report and the upgrades will come right along with the bidders. Believe me they will come out of the woodwork. There is plenty of cash that needs to be put to work and some of it is shying away from MSFT and INTC. DELL has no bad news in sight and the stock will look better for it.

Simply put, DELL goes higher...
