Matt, I have talked to numerous people at Merrill Lynch who I have known for years about the manner in which a company such as Dell would go about getting into the area of the market that Cycomm is in. They all agree that rather than going head to head that they would just buy the company. I have always felt that Motorola would do just that. There is a tie between Cycomm and Motorola and Bud told me that they talk on a regular basis. I believe that MO is infringing on one of CYI's patents right now. I learned this from the analyst in Baltimore who follows the stock and knows Bud well. MO is kind of like CYI's guardian angle. Cycomm and Wang is sort of like David and Goliath to start with and other than the fact that Gangemi now works for Cycomm they are not really equal competitors. When I met Bud he did tell me that he felt that before anyone would go head to head with them that they would buy them because of their presence in the market already not to mention the superior product. Do you have any handle on what Wang is currently doing and what kind of business they are generating. There was a point when the actual purchase of the Wang division by Cycomm was discussed. This was prior to Gangemi coming on board.
