Scale up? Does anyone know if ADOT is any position to scale-up production? If they needed to produce perhaps 10,20, or even 100+ billboards, do they currently have the facility to do so, or would they need to buy/lease manufacturing space (or even outsource some manufacturing?)? It sounded as though ADOT headquarters is quite small- is this correct? I'm just trying to get a feel for just how easy/difficult it will be for ADOT to produce any quantity of billboards. -Mark
