I forgot to mention, that there is a really nice program at
kanisa.com, called Internet Trader, that has a great feature called
Global Scan, which will also scan the markets for stocks that meet the
criteria you establish.

It is Web-based, free, and 20 minutes delayed, but it very nice. I know many
people who use it and love it. You can scan once, or every "x" minutes, using
parameters you establish, including price, volume, % change, p/e ratio, and
many other technical indicators. You decide which ones to use or not.

I use the same program's real time version, called Real Time Trader,
(http://www.naq.com) as a backup quote service, and use the Global Scan
often.

By the way, both programs have one of the better charting features I've
seen. They were written by the same people who wrote DBC's Signal and Stockedge programs.

Not a bad complement to run alongside CyberTrader or any other trading
program.
