Mohan, <<Your prayer request is respectfully declined,sorry.>> I find this uncharacteristically disingenuous of you Mohan. Come on. Maybe you won't be able to convince me that there are legitimate reasons for India's testing. But I see no reason for you to make the statement and not at least offer something to the debate. That others have "the bomb" is hardly a reason for kicking off the whole cycle of proliferation again especially in light of the progress specifically towards NON proliferation. India is behaving in an outlaw fashion IMO. Best, Stitch
