This price ($22 1/4) might be a good buy. But I'd prefer to watch it for a few days before going back in to see if the price was stabilizing. To just pick a number from thin air as the price drops and then say 'I'll buy it at this price' is like catching a falling knife. You might time it perfectly, but if not, you're sure to receive a bad cut.
