We've reached an historic moment.

The price/book of SystemSoft is 1.9 and P/B of Phoenix is 2.0. This is the first time since SystemSoft went public that it was cheaper than Phoenix. The book value of SystemSoft is lower today than it was when the company went public and Phoenix has earned large profits during each quarter of that time period, so Phoenix remains the better value.

A vulture investor won't touch it until it sells for book value, which is less than a dollar/share. It bears watching, but it's not yet time to pull the trigger.
