LOCK + NY STATE + NEW JERSEY only 48 more states to go! If it goes up 1/8 for each state, then it will go up $6 from present levels. As each state passes the LOCK law, it will become more recognized by more states and more investors - then it will go up more than 1/8 as states add on. Long LOCK. Bo
