I currently have an account with JB Oxford. I am pleased with the service and low commisions. However, I have heard several people talk about JB Oxford being scandalous. I also noticed that they had several lawsuits brought up against them. I found these things out after I had opened my account. Am I in any danger of "being scammed". Aren't there SEC regulations and protection in case something happened to my money? I would not be worried about it had it not been for Sergil's commments. Would it be paranoic to close my account because of his statements alone? I heard you say he was fired by JB Oxford. Maybe he wants revenge? It seems like JB Oxford is reputable because its been around for 10 years (that's what someone from JB Oxford told me) but any information regarding this topic would be appreciated.
