Thanks for the clarification. I didn't realize UTEK was involved in supplying e-beam for mask making. All the same, if you read their product page you'll see the following:

Technology roadmap. Ultratech has designed its technology to track customers' future requirements. With this roadmap, Ultratech can meet the lithography challenges of today's mix-and-match requirements. At the same time, the company is developing systems that will mix-and-match with the next generation of lithography systems such as step-and-scan, e-beam, deep ultraviolet (DUV) and other leading-edge tools.

Granted, these statements are pretty much obligatory for a litho company. I don't know why I'm so down on these guys, but I've never seen them as a good buy.
