Bryan, I think that management has a fiduciary responsibility to discharge, they should not be buying shares when they are "expensive" relative to the stocks peers. I know not what "measures" they use, but despite the decline in the stock, on measures such as PSR and PB the stock is priced high according to its peers and they probably would not step in to buy until the price decline, if it does, to the mid teens, IMHO. I believe that at the meeting that was approximately the response provided for a similar question.
