How many days does it take once you have requested your CERTS?
Hypothetical, If the company was truly concerned about the short position, they could have easily been picking up shares even in the open Market and requesting CERTS on those shares, which would and could happen much quicker than each one of us attempting to request our CERTS.
Let's say the company some how was able to get some cash via the preferreds.
If they could have gotten $500,000 from the preferreds, they could have purchased 10 million shares @.05. They could still purchase nearly 5 million at today's close and request the CERTS which would force a short cover faster than any of us could do.
Once the company did this and issued a press release, we could easily see $2 and the company could sell those shares in the open market and make a killing on the way up. What's 5 million more shares?? Ha, Ha!
Now that's what I call credibility!
