Hatch, a Utah Republican, said. "I do believe this will go beyond the browser issue. The browser issue is a significant issue, but it
pales in comparison to some of the other issues," he said.

I'll provide another translation:

"I guess we have to admit that Netscape doesn't have the "silver bullet" that will kill Microsoft after all. We thought that Netscape had the product that would do the job, but we have to admit that Microsoft should indeed be allowed to continue to improve their product. But we have other things, like internal memos from Microsoft people who had the audacity to want to build a better product than the competition. These Microsoft people are unbelievable! I mean how successful do they want to be? It's someone else's turn. We resent the fact that in spite of our continuing efforts, the Windows operating system just keeps getting better and better! It's frustrating and we're getting to the end of our patience. What's even more frustrating is that Windows users just won't quit using that Windows system. My own Senate staff office is addicted to it. Help!"
