Yogi, from a non tech-head, what I've heard is that for average business applications (most of the usage that PCs are put to in the real business world), the increase in CPU speed to 400 Mhz has very little added benefit.
The main benefit is for games and specialized applications.

The additional speed is nice, but there's not really much benefit to it yet. That's why almost everyone on these threads keep wondering when the applications/software will appear that make these faster Mhz computers really needed.

If you already knew all this, sorry for repeating it.

Regards,

Larry
