PCSN's 0331 qtr 10Q excerpt actually hit Smart Edgar News at 11:11am, so an alert and astute trader might have taken notice and purchased a large block in anticipation of the earning table hitting Reuters at 13:04. Nonetheless, the sheer proximity of 12:56 to 13:04 is thought provoking. Kimberly
