Pat, you will find the information at the bottom of the income statement. They list the following info for February 1998: Diluted shares:Diluted 706MM, Basic 641MM; for May they have Diluted 700MM, Basic 637. So, there was a net decrease of 6MM diluted shares.

Note that the actual number of shares repurchased may have been more and obscured by options exercised. As I said, without a statement of owner's equity it's impossible to tell.
