The news on the deals with Hauppauge and GoToNet could move the stock above $4 unless a large volume of Reg D shares are unloaded in tomorrow's market.

Hopefully, this news is a prelude to bigger announcements and I suspect it is. If there are no other announcements besides these before the end of E3 then - well, let's not even consider this.
