Correction to an earlier post: When I said "Bill Gates was right when he said yesterday that Paul Allen and himself "created and fostered" the personal computer industry."; I should have said, "Bill Gates was right when he said yesterday that people today around the world are doing things with their computer, and with the internet, that were unimaginable just a few years ago. Microsoft is especially proud of its contribution in creating and fostering this industry." I'll add that he went on to say, in part: "Despite today's actions, I'm enthusiastic about continuing to develop our products, in cooperation with our thousands of technology partners".
