I think Dale has more money than he knows what to do with and
is building WAST somewhat like Bill Gates has Microsoft. Just
buy out the competition and take them over along with their
technology.

I have good word that NPCT is going to get active this week so
if you haven't taken a look at it I would. Call them at
888-592-1780 for info which they can fax if you like. WAST
and NPCT are getting lots of interest in this issue of Billingtons
Stock Focus. Their website is up at www.billingtons.com as well.
