Oh, Ed, I don't know what's going on. I called Ted yesterday absolutely furious due to JAXI mess and the stuff you are concerned about on this thread, and Ted acted like I had just flown in from Mars.
He said, "I just talked to you last week!"

Apparently all is going on target and they are expecting much drilling and a lot of oil once they get centered in the U.S. I kept talking about the 10QK or the something that just came out and Ted said incredulously, "It's all on the website! What are they upset about?" And he couldn't even figure out what the evil document was that came out in the middle of the night under cover of secrecy, and I don't know what I'm doing, man, I just put money in stock and hope it goes up.

Anyway, the delay is beause the SEC will not put the final papers and the shareholders agreement out fast enough to get the original deadline, and all is going exactly as planned, no snags, no nothing. Office up and running in where, Louisiana? Texas, wherever, it's up and running. I remember hearing that Ted had flown the coup too, and the Toronto office was shut down, and they're all still there everyday working.

I am just going to sit on this and pray. I just can't believe these men are con artists at a carnival or they would be in Costa Rica right now with the first $24 mill, I would suppose. WHy they would ride this down to oblivion and ruin their professional lives, I don't know, so I'm going to trust Ted that this merger is good and will be. I sure as HECK DO NOT BLAME ANYONE FOR JUMPING OUT. j Remember, I got in this all by myself, and mostly IRA money anyway, so I will risk more loss, who cares, it's 1/2 down now, and a l/2 more who cares. I'm sick of bad stocks, though, that's for sure. In fact I think I will never do anything like this again.

:)

Anyway, I tracked this stock steady, very steady at $3.00-$3.25 for almost 6 months, and finally jumped. It was just very bad timing, and they've been down and out since then, and like you I've been very unhappy, but only for fear of losing my whole investment, the down right now doesn't bother me provided it will go up.
