I just received the newest Investment Reporter newsletter in the mail. The Investment Reporter tends to focus on large caps, but Patheon is one of their small handful of favourite small cap buys. On "The Back Page" of the May 22nd issue, Patheon is their second best buy in the manufacturing sector behind Cinram. JDS Fitel is also a buy. Those three along with Trojan Technologies have gained 12.7% in the past five months. The Investment Reporter's comment is "Patheon and JDS Fitel trade at higher multiples, a reflection of investors' high expectations. Nevertheless, we think they still offer potential for substantial gains. They're buys for aggressive investors only."
