If I read Canada Stockwatch correctly there are over 1,000,000 shares that have their resale restriction removed on Friday and actually can be sold starting today. The cost was a measly 15 cents. Could it be that some insiders are pre-selling their stock and spreading it around to put the 'blame' on others. Buy at 15 cents and sell at 20 cents is a 33% profit. On a million shares ... On the other hand, I definitely agree with you that 500 shares at 15 cents doesn't make sense for anyone. I think even a broker would lose money at that price.
