Larry; I've had the phone telling me "thanks for your patience, please wait for the next available operator" for the last half hour; I think I'll leave it there until I get up tomorrow; perhaps the company handling the CC will catch the drift ( When I ran my business, I had 800 bills in excess of $1500 a month all of the time, but was quick to pay attention to the 800 #). A simple thank you for calling, but the hours are from ? to ? , is of a higher value, than leaving someone out to dry. Yea, I'm a prick, no bout-a-dout it; and intend to stay one; I value money over pride. From other comment on the board; it appears that the CC went well; the new CEO understands our frustration, and is willing to step to the forefront and be honest with the shareholders. I really want to hear the context of the CC before passing judgement; trust but verify! Dave
