What Bull! Jeff's shares are in certificate form. That is the same as the deed on a house or the title to a car. It doesn't take a market maker or a broker to allow for two people to make a deal on Jeff's certificates. He has offered them for sale at $1.25 and you or bmart or anybody else that otherwise believes that $1.25 is a bargain can simply write him a check or give him something else of value in exchange for those certificates. It's not complicated. Quit misleading people with your BS.

Are you telling this thread that there is a shareholder rep. Is this "shareholder rep" truly and legally representing the shareholders of RMIL in determining along with the BOD the "fate of RMIL?" Who is this shareholder rep and does he have a proxy or proxies signed by all the shareholders he is representing? I doubt that.....again, more BS.

Shareholders in RMIL.....I urge you to advise Pugs that he is walking on this ice making the various assertions (on your behalf) that he has made in the post that I am responding to here.
