Mark, have you checked to see if SWSH would meet the Small Cap market initial listing requirements? If they do, then they would surely opt for that, and that would give you a good execution. I think the requirements are listed at nasdaq.com

Other seasonal delisting plays worth watching include MRIIE, EQMDE, PAMCE. (Most of these appeared in Drakes' excellent list,

MRIIE issued a news release last week saying that it went to the NASD on May 14 to appeal its delisting order, and they are awaiting the result. The stock has really been thrashed, and is unshortable. quote.yahoo.com

PAMCE told me that two weeks ago they appealed and they are waiting to hear.

EQMDE has said nothing and I've been unable to get anything more than the CFO's voice mail when I call.

Some of the other delinquent filers on Drakes' list have been filing. WHELE caught up with its filings yesterday. IICRE filed its 10k, but is late with its 10Q now. (The guy who signed the NT-10Q is named Buttafuoco, which I found interesting.)

I'm short EQMDE and PAMCE on speculation they will be delisted.
