Great to hear your going to buy EMG. I share your sentiments on the importance of management holding their stock. I also think that the post Brex free fall of all juniors forced insiders of many companies to sell in order to preserve their personal net worth. Also, a certain amount of insider selling (in any company) can take place in order to exercise options and to pay the taxes on their gain.
