No othey would not. If boeing dropped the prices of planes across the board the consumer would have benefitted. If they raised priced, the DOJ may have a say, but so would the market by going over to Airbus.

The DOJ is designing software, the DC Courtof Appeals panel of judges said it themselves in their ruling. Now it is ingrained in a ruling. Do you disagree with the Judge's ruling?
