<If Boeing bought (or licensed design plans from) Pratt & Whitney and then legislated that all 7x7's be outfitted solely with Boeing engines (or "priced to include" Boeing engines), you can bet the DOJ would be all over them in a heartbeat.> No othey would not. If boeing dropped the prices of planes across the board the consumer would have benefitted. If they raised priced, the DOJ may have a say, but so would the market by going over to Airbus. The DOJ is designing software, the DC Courtof Appeals panel of judges said it themselves in their ruling. Now it is ingrained in a ruling. Do you disagree with the Judge's ruling?
