Dave:

I wonder how much you actually know about this company and the latest
developments. From what I hear, they are producing Magicom units at
the temporary facility at the rate of 5000 a month. At the present time,
Hoya is ramping up their supply of panels to Copytele.
The new facility will be completed and handed over to the company
next week. It will be in full production mode in early February.Full
production at both facilities will be on the order of 1 million units
a year.

Purchase orders for the product have already been received from distributors in Russia, CIS, Poland,
Algeria, Egypt and China. The first product will be shipped in about 3
weeks. At that time, we will get notification from the company, as well
as more info on the distributors, and an 8-k filing.

If you had ever seen the machine, and used it,you would not be short. This
Magicom 2000 is the tip of the iceberg. The screen is the key, and with
full color and speeds of over 1/30 of a second now achieved, it may
very well be the replacement for the CRT. My guess is that they are bought
out by an LCD manufacturer in the next 2 years.

Yours long Copy,
